Applicants selling food items will not be accepted

TD Saturday Market Youth Booth Application

 Thank you for your interest in the 2023 TD Saturday Market! The TD Saturday Market is the City of Greenville’s premier open-aired Market located curbside on Main Street in downtown Greenville. The 2023 market season will run every Saturday from May 6 to October 28 (except October 14 due to Fall for Greenville) from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Enclosed you will find the 2023 TD Saturday Market Youth Booth Application and Rules & Regulations. Please review these in their entirety and make sure application is completely filled out before submitting. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Your information will be used on the TD Saturday Market’s website and in other marketing materials for the public and media. Please pay particular attention to following rules regarding what items cannot be sold at the Youth Booth:

The TD Saturday Market Youth Booth participants may not sell material or hand out information that:

 1. Is edible or living 

2. Is false, misleading or deceptive 

3. Does not relate to the market 

4. Is libelous 

5. Promotes unlawful or illegal goods, services or activities 

6. Implies or declares an endorsement by the City of Greenville of any goods, services or activities 

7. Contains any obscenity, or sexual conduct of any kind (obscenity is defined as any communication, picture, image, graphic image, or other matter that the average Greenville citizen, applying contemporary standards, would find, taking the material as a whole, appeals to prurient interest and whether it depicts or describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct)

 8. Promotes the sale or use of tobacco or tobacco-related products 

9. Supports or opposes a political candidate, issue or cause 

10. Supports or opposes a religion or religious denomination, creed, tenet or belief, including information or material that supports or opposes atheism or agnosticism. 

11. Is determined by the Market Committee to be inconsistent with the goals of the TD Saturday Market and would interfere with the primary purpose of the market.

Date Selection

If selected, you will be notified with your assigned date and with further instructions on how to pay the $10 booth fee.



Hold Harmless Clause

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Greenville, its employees, officers, agents and/or contractors for and against any and all damages, losses, suits, liability and/or causes of action resulting from property damage, and/or from personal injury, including death, of myself arising out of or in any way connected with our participation in the TD Saturday Market Program, except to the extent that such damage or injury is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the City of Greenville, and covenant not to sue or take action against the City of Greenville, its employees, officers, agents and/or contractors except as set out herein. I further permit the City of Greenville to use photographs of me for the City of Greenville publicity.


All vendors participating in the TD Saturday Market must abide by these rules. The City of Greenville shall enforce all rules and regulations. Permits to participate in the TD Saturday Market can be revoked by the City of Greenville.
